Exchanges and returns can be requested within 7 calendar days after receiving the product. Send an email to [email protected] informing the reason for the return or exchange. We will analyze and contact you.
The product must not show traces of use or break the tag seal.
It is not allowed to exchange or return underwear, such as thongs, underpants or panties, only if the product has a defect or manufacturing fault.
In case of exchange or return, we will analyze the order. After approval, a “reverse shipping” code will be generated for the customer to return the product, within a period of up to 5 business days. After the code expires, it will no longer be possible to exchange or return the product.
When making a purchase on the site, the customer is aware of and agrees to the above terms.
